KG99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the KG99 platform — including its games, betting services, promotions, and payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. KG99 reserves the right to decline access to any individual at its discretion.

To create and maintain a KG99 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are a resident of or accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by KG99 or any associated platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party.

KG99 may request proof of age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

When registering for a KG99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

Each person may register and maintain only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual — identified through shared name, identity document, device, IP address, or payment details — KG99 may close all duplicate accounts. Any balances or pending winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KG99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact KG99 support immediately.

Account registration requires OTP (one-time password) verification via your registered mobile number. This verification step forms part of the platform's security process and must be completed for full account access.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your KG99 wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform supports deposits via local Philippine payment channels including online banking, bank transfer, and supported e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. KG99 does not accept third-party deposits — that is, payments made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered KG99 account holder. Any such deposits may be returned, and the account may be subject to review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified account in the same name as the KG99 account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. KG99 may request additional documentation to confirm your identity and payment method ownership.

KG99 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or payment methods for betting or gaming.

All games available on the KG99 platform — including slots, live casino, RNG table games, sports betting, and eBingo — are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each title. These rules govern the specific mechanics, bet limits, payout structures, and any special features of each game.

The general rules applicable to all gameplay on KG99 are:

• Bets may only be placed using available funds in your KG99 wallet. Credit betting is not permitted.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• KG99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, resulting from a technical fault, or in circumstances where the stated odds or game outcome were clearly incorrect due to a system error.
• For sports betting, markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as recognised by KG99. In the event of a disputed result, KG99's decision is final.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, KG99 will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, bets from the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcomes of RNG games are entirely determined by the certified software and cannot be influenced by the player or KG99 during a game session.

KG99 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback arrangements, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific terms take precedence over this general section.

General principles that apply to all KG99 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. KG99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting any applicable requirements is not permitted.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
• KG99 does not guarantee that any particular promotion will be available at any given time. Offers may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the KG99 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or RNG patterns to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion in poker or other competitive games.
• Making deposits from accounts not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing KG99 staff or other players.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

By using KG99, you acknowledge that:

Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, and factors outside KG99's control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, KG99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses arising from technical faults beyond KG99's reasonable control, provided KG99 takes reasonable steps to restore service and remediate affected bets.
• Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits KG99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

KG99 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided through the platform — either via an in-platform notification or a prominent update to this page. The date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was made.

Continued use of your KG99 account following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
